Oooooooooooh, yummy! I recently visited such a fun new shop here in Utah, Beyond Glazed. Beyond Glazed is a gourmet donut shop that has recently opened in Draper, Utah.
I visited with the shop owner who shared with me that when the family decided to open a donut shop, their daughter declared that it should be a gourmet shop. After attending culinary school and working in several fine restaurants in Utah, the daughter had a few good ideas that as you can see, have made a wonderful new bakery product mix.
